PR M AMARETTA

AMPERE (KWPN) X VB PR ST DAYLITE (OLDBG)

Date of Birth: 2010

Gender: Mare

Color: Bay

Breed: Hanoverian

Height: 17.1h

Amaretta was the Australian Champion Hanoverian mare on tour in 2015. Scoring a 10 for
her canter, a 9.5 for her trot and a 10 from the visiting Hanoverian Classifier, she became
the Hanoverian Mare Performance Test winner! Throughout these evaluations Amaretta
was highly acclaimed for her exciting hindleg and type.

A few years later, while attending a masterclass with Carl Hester, it became clear that this
mare had a bright future. With an exceptional talent for flying changes and lateral work,
she turned heads and was one of the most satisfying and exciting horses to ride.

A stable accident unfortunately cut this career short, but opened the way for Amaretta to
produce our next generation.

Amaretta was one of the first foals in Australia by the KWPN sensation, Ampere. Ampere
has been successful in improving type and energy in breeding programs worldwide. He is
also the father of the phenomenal young Grand Prix stallion Franklin.

Amaretta is out of a mare by Donnerschwee x Sandro Hit. Donnerschwee competed to
Grand Prix and has sired many licensed sons including D-Day, the maternal sire of Vitalis.
Sandro Hit is now appearing in the bloodlines of many Olympic horses, not only as a direct
sire, but as a grandsire and great grandsire. His influence on modern dressage is nothing
short of phenomenal.
